Create, change or cancel a booking
Use our online Client Bookings Portal LoopedIn to create, view, edit and cancel a booking. For
LoopedIn access or training contact our Customer Service Team on 03 9280 1955.

Existing Pre-booked Telephone Interpreting
If you have an existing pre-booked Telephone Interpreter appointment, on the date and time of the
booking, call our priority line on 03) 9280 1900 and quote your booking reference number.

Translation Requests (written)
Email translations@languageloop.com.au, contact our Translations Team on 03) 9280 1941 and
select option 2, or log into our Client Portal LoopedIn to create, view or edit your translation
requests.
