How to apply

To join our team of language professionals please ensure you have all the documents you need before submitting your application.  The application form can be downloaded below.

What you will need:

  • Proof of right to work in Australia (Australian passport, citizenship certificate, visa)
  • Valid Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • A copy of your latest CV
  • Current Police check (mandatory- acquired within the last 3 years) and Working With Children Check (preferred)
  • Evidence of your NAATI certification (you do not need NAATI accreditation if your language is not currently tested by NAATI)
  • Completed application form

What happens after you apply

Once we receive your application, we’ll be in touch within 3 business days.

If your application is successful, we’ll send you more details, including your contract. After you return the signed contract, you’ll be invited to an induction session where we’ll walk you through our processes—so you can start working with us right away.
