Education
We help families engage with their children’s school community
Our Approach
With over 300 languages spoken in Australian homes, we help parents and their children overcome language barriers with on-demand interpreting services and access to information in their own language. From parent-teacher interviews to information on how to deal with cyber-bullying, we help parents with limited English take an active role in their child’s education.
The Benefits
Build trust
A shared language builds trust. Provide critical care for your communities by communicating to them in their own language.
Increase accessibility
Ensure equal access. Make it easier for multilingual Australians to find, understand and use the services you provide.
Be compliant
Minimise risk by using our NAATI certified interpreters which are bound by the AUSIT Code of Ethics and governed by our regulatory requirements.
Trusted by Australia’s state and private schools

How we’ve helped schools
With many parents concerned about their child’s education during the COVID-19 pandemic, we provided translation and telephone and video interpreting services for schools across Victoria so teachers could speak directly to non-English speaking parents by phone or video with the help of an interpreter.
“LanguageLoop’s speedy translations of our student and parent studying-at-home information is very much appreciated. I was not expecting to receive them so quickly and it will really help our students maintain their English studies next term if they are unable to attend face-to-face classes.”
