This exciting role will be part of an innovative and progressive team. You will support service delivery to our network who provide service across Australia. You will provide outstanding customer service, support, and resolutions to LanguageLoop’s employees, in relation to the businesses IT issues, queries and problems.
The IT Support Engineer is for someone who can navigate the dynamic nature of our business. You will have demonstrated success in working on a service desk (2 or more years), have a strong customer service focus and excellent problem solving skills. You will have experience and/or exposure to Azure and RMM tools (Kaseya or similar) and may bring certification in MSO365 You will bring excellent time management skills, a helpful attitude and want to be part of an Organisation who will be going through significant change in the coming months.
