Last week, Australia’s leading senior executives gathered together in Sydney to attend The CEO Magazine’s 2018 Executive of the Year Awards.

he black-tie event, drawing over 600 guests, was an opportunity for Australia’s top CEOs, managing directors and senior executives to celebrate each other’s achievements over the past year.

LanguageLoop’s very own CEO, Elizabeth Compton, was one of four outstanding finalists nominated in the category of Professional Services Executive of the Year.

The nomination recognises Elizabeth’s leadership in establishing LanguageLoop as the leading language services provider in Australia, and driving innovative services that connect with non-English speakers across any channel.

The glitzy night provided an ideal opportunity to connect with CEOs and senior leaders of Australia’s most successful brands, including LanguageLoop’s friends at Australia Post, with whom an exclusive partnership is in place allowing people to have their personal documents translated from over 160 languages into English, via 1500 Australia Post outlets.

Now in its seventh year, the Awards night has earned its title as Australia’s most prestigious business awards event. Congratulations goes to Mark Nielsen, of Talent, who took out the major award for 2018 CEO of the Year.
