New Chief Executive @ VITS – Elizabeth Compton

We are delighted to welcome Elizabeth Compton as CEO of the Victorian Interpreting & Translating Service. Elizabeth brings 20 years knowledge in executive and senior management roles, and is widely experienced in corporate affairs, sales and marketing and strategic planning, working both in Australia and overseas in London, Amsterdam and New York.

Previously Elizabeth was the General Manager of Corporate Affairs at VicTrack, a government business enterprise. She led their major strategic and business process planning, working across multiple business units to ensure a robust and sustainable financial future and management of $28B in transport assets.

Commenting on the appointment, Elizabeth Compton said “I am honoured to have been appointed to this role, excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and delighted to lead the organisation through its next stage of evolution.”
