Cultural Diversity Week – Premier’s Gala Dinner

LanguageLoop’s CEO Elizabeth Compton and General Manager Czarina Howells were recently invited by the Commonwealth Bank to attend the much anticipated event on the multicultural calendar – the Premier’s Gala Dinner.

Hosted by Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews, the Gala Dinner night officially launched Cultural Diversity Week, Victoria’s largest multicultural celebration. The Week is held annually in March to coincide with the United Nations Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination and Harmony Day on 21 March.

It was a fantastic night showcasing the artistic talents of Victoria’s multicultural communities through traditional and contemporary music and dance.

We thank Huseyin Mustafa OAM, GM Multicultural Community Banking and Malini Raj, Head of Strategy at Commonwealth Bank for being such wonderful hosts.
