LanguageLoop CEO and Translations Manager discuss the Language Services market in Australia on SlatorPod

Slator, a language industry intelligence organisation based in Europe, invited us to be guests on their weekly podcast, SlaterPod. We were honoured to receive the call and had the chance to speak with Co-founder & Managing Director, Florian Faes, and Research Director, Esther Bond, about LanguageLoop and give an insight into the Australian market.

Our CEO, Elizabeth Compton, and National Translation Manager, Claire Mullins, spoke about the challenges within the industry across the private and public sectors, and discussed how LanguageLoop are identifying innovative ways to improve the industry and redefine what’s possible in language services.

Throughout the podcast, Ms Compton and Ms Mullins discuss market leading trends and insights, how we at LanguageLoop are leveraging the latest in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning and natural language processing to offer a seamless end-to-end customer experience in any language across any channel.

“With all our lockdowns and isolation it was great to connect with Europe and share ideas with the Slator team on all things tech and multilingual engagement,” Ms Compton said.
