LanguageLoop and Australia Post making an impact in the lives of many new Australians

This week we are excited to see LanguageLoop’s document translation service promoted at over 1400 Australia Post outlets around the country with the launch of a nationwide campaign.

Late last year, LanguageLoop partnered with Australia Post to make our translation services more easily accessible to people living around Australia and in regional areas. We’re proud to see that this service is now bringing the power and reach of Australia Post’s network together with the capabilities of our 1000+ translators in over 160 languages, to connect culturally and linguistically diverse Australians with businesses and services.

Newly arrived Australians can now have their key documents translated to Australian government accepted standards more quickly and easily by simply completing an application form, dropping their documents at their nearest participating Australia Post Office, to be with one of LanguageLoop’s NAATI -certified translators within minutes.

As Tigran, a recent customer explained, “As a new migrant from Armenia it was of vital importance for me to access these translating services in order to make a new life in Australia. I was not only able to quickly have my birth certificate and drivers’ license translated to enable me to open a bank account and connect my utilities, but more importantly, I was able to have my degrees and educational experience translated by a translator who understood Armenian standards. Thanks to LanguageLoop I was able to secure 10 interviews which resulted in 2 job offers. I couldn’t be more grateful.”

Australia Post Chief Digital Officer and Executive General Manager for eCommerce Solutions, Andrew Walduck said, “Since its inception more than 200 years ago, Australia Post’s main aim has been to connect Australians with each other, and we are pleased we can offer this service through our Post Office network which will enable greater inclusion and accessibility across the community.”

All documents processed through Australia Post for translation by LanguageLoop are handled confidentially and translated by an Australian-based, NAATI-certified translator. The translated documents are then posted directly to a preferred address via the Australia Post delivery network.
